Bexar County purchased 51 acres of raw land alongside Randolph Air Force Base that will be a mixed-use development in the near future. Grace PG Design, with the team of Huitt Zollars and Vickery & Associates, completed the master plan in 2025. The intentions of the master plan are clearly defined through design standards and the anchor of the PCT-4 Building, which houses the constable and Tax Assessor.
The master plan had many restrictions to consider being alongside Randolph Air Force Base, but it utilized the site and maximized the ability to have major amenities for the surrounding municipalities, including Converse, Texas.
